ABOUT THE JOB
You will be directly responsible for B2B content, translating complex insights about technology and digital products into coherent, easily digestible, and valuable content for our target audience of middle-level managers and business decision-makers. This role requires a strong combination of logical writing ability, in-depth research skills, and a growth mindset, ensuring content is high-quality and consistently aligned across all digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is built upon three main areas of responsibility, requiring skills ranging from planning to execution:
Content Production
- Develop in-depth B2B content formats (such as Case Studies, Whitepapers, Industry Blog Posts) focusing on technology and digital product development.
- Ensure all content is written with clarity, technical accuracy, and strictly adheres to the established brand tone of voice.
- Master the art of articulating intricate technical concepts into clear, accessible, yet authoritative content.
- Implement content briefs, structuring and formatting outputs for maximum performance and readability across targeted digital platforms.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct Deep Research: Read, comprehend, and synthesize complex technical documents and industry materials. Proactively discover core insights from multiple credible sources.
- Identify Strategic Angles: Possess a sharp eye for emerging insights to propose new topics and unique angles that expand the depth and strategic value of our Content Pool.
Content Adaptation & Distribution Support
- Support the operation of the brand's online channels (Social, Email, Website) to maintain the brand's online presence.
- Know how to optimize performance for each platform, monitor, and improve basic content efficiency.
