As Executive Assistant, you will be a strategic partner in shaping and executing GEEK Up's strategic direction and organizational effectiveness. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a broad spectrum of initiatives, including business design, organizational structure, internal operations, and culture development. We are seeking a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and proactive individual with a strong foundation in organizational principles and a passion for driving organizational change. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO while also contributing expertise in organizational development to enhance GEEK Up's overall effectiveness.
Strategic & Business Design Support:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform the development of strategic initiatives aligned with the CEO's vision.
- Assist in conceptualizing and documenting business models, strategic frameworks, and organizational roadmaps.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions focused on optimizing operational efficiency and organizational design.
Organizational Design & Effectiveness:
- Research, analyze, and benchmark best practices in organizational structures, mechanisms, and enterprise architecture.
- Assist in designing and documenting workflows, processes, and organizational structures to support scalability and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of organizational design changes, including communication plans and change management strategies.
Organization Operations & Culture:
- Conduct research and analysis related to business relationships, partnerships, and market trends.
- Support internal branding initiatives, communication efforts, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to foster a strong, positive, and high-performance organizational culture.
- Provide support in stakeholder management and communication across all levels of the organization.
Executive Support & Project Coordination:
- Manage administrative tasks and project coordination for the CEO and the Organization team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
