About This Role
- We are looking for a Middle/Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for complex, multi-flow digital products. In this role, you will lead the entire design lifecycle, bringing a sophisticated lens to UX Research and Strategic Ideation to solve our most intricate product challenges.
- You will be responsible for discovering business challenges, analyzing user insights, and proposing strategic solution directions. By collaborating directly with Business Owners, Analysts, and Engineers, you will shape product concepts from initial discovery through to high-fidelity execution, ensuring every design decision is backed by evidence and logical rigor.
Key Responsibilities
UX Research & Discovery
- End-to-End Research: Lead research across discovery, definition, and validation using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, field studies, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis).
- Synthesis & Frameworks: Transform raw findings into actionable strategic tools: Personas, JTBD, User Journeys, Service Blueprints, and Opportunity Maps.
- Business Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to align user insights with business goals, technical constraints, and operational logic.
Ideation & Solution Framing
- Conceptual Direction: Drive the ideation of multiple solution directions, evaluating trade-offs based on user insights, business feasibility, and scalability.
- Logic & Flow Architecture: Structure intricate interaction logic and system behaviors, ensuring all flows are consistent and well-rationalized.
- Rapid Validation: Build and test prototypes to quickly validate hypotheses and refine product directions during the early stages of design.
Design Execution & Collaboration
- High-Fidelity Delivery: Own the final UI/UX execution, ensuring high-quality wireframes and designs that are ready for technical hand-off.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Engineers and Analysts to align on scope, technical feasibility, and system workflows (API logic, operational rules, etc.).
- Effective Communication: Present research outcomes and strategic directions directly to Business Owners and decision-making stakeholders.
