- Design comprehensive total rewards package to attract, retain, and motivate a talented workforce (included but not limit to Financial Rewards, Benefits, Personal and Professional Development, Work Environment and Culture ...)
- Facilitate and maintain a robust contribution management framework
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and inform compensation decisions
- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights to stakeholders
