The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful end-to-end delivery of complex digital products, ensuring they are built from vision to launch according to GEEK Up's standards of quality, innovation, and client partnership. This role requires a strong Agile foundation and a deep commitment to delivering tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of multiple digital product development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Agile & Methodology: Champion and implement Agile methodologies and processes, including GEEK Up’s internal frameworks like STEP UP AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships based on the Co-Creation Partnership Model (CC Model). Act as the liaison between the client's business team, the internal product team, and the dedicated product squad.
- Scope & Requirement Management: Define, validate, and manage project scope and client expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and impediments. Manage change requests efficiently to ensure continuous improvement and agile adaptation.
- Team Facilitation: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the product dedicated teams, ensuring they have the support needed for seamless implementation and scaling.
