JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment Planning:
- Develop a strong understanding of the business, department, and role-specific requirements.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment plans, including sourcing strategies, timelines, and key performance indicators.
Candidate Assessment and Selection:
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate candidates' potential.
- By effectively assessing candidates and making informed hiring decisions, contribute to acquire & retain talents with the right skills & expertise who shares our values & beliefs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, effectively managing stakeholders and ensuring their active participation in the recruitment process, provide relevant information to support making informed hiring decisions
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
- Bridge the gap between the candidate and the business, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, contribute to the successful integration of new hires into the organization and ensure they are equipped to deliver value.
