Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including strategic planning, sourcing, hiring and decision making.
- Proven ability to conduct in-depth interviews and utilize various assessment tools to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Keen ability to identify and address human resource challenges within the business context.
- A passionate, proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tackle recruitment challenges that align with business objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading internship or management trainee programs.
- Experience in HRBP role
- Experience within the software development industry, particularly with agile project management.
