We are looking for an experienced Product Consultant with passion in helping clients achieve their business goals through the use of products.

As a Product Consultant at GEEK Up, you will:

Business Consulting:

• Understand the client's business, their goals, and the challenges they are facing.
• Research the market to identify the best strategies and solutions to address the client's problems.
• Provide advice on the best strategies and solutions to address the client's problems, and how these solutions align with the client's goals.
• Consult with the client to understand their needs and requirements for phasing the project, and negotiate with the client to agree on the phasing schedule and budget.
• Consult and negotiate the high-level requirements to finalize the SLA
• Finalize the proposal and SLA with the client, ensuring that it meets their needs and requirements.

High-level Product Discovery:

• Research the business problem to identify the goals of the business, the needs of the users, and the competitive landscape.
• Research different product concepts to identify the right concept for the business problem. This includes considering the common modules and features that would be needed.
• Wrap up the findings into a proposal that includes a clear product strategy, platform, product structure, and roadmap.

High-level Product Definition:

• Defining the key workflow and concept, as well as the high-level assumptions of the features.
• Working with stakeholders to estimate the time and resources required to deliver the product, and to ensure that the scope of work is aligned with the SLA.
• Determining which features will be delivered in the current phase, and to what extent the workflow will be covered.
• Defining the user and tech responsiveness requirements, as well as any other non-functional requirements that are relevant to the product.

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Business/Digital Consultant, or Product Manager or relevant roles
• Have solid knowledge of Busines model or Product concept
• Have hands-on experience in proposing solution or consulting business
• Be eager to explore new things and prove yourself as a fast-learner
• Be a logical and detailed-oriented person
• Have good problem-solving and communication skills
